Shipping and Delivery

Items ordered in Portugal can only be sent to persons over 18 years of age, with a valid address in mainland Portugal and the islands of Madeira and Azores.

There may be delays in delivery times. We regret any inconvenience caused.

What are my delivery options?

Standard Delivery: you can select the address where you want to receive your order. It will arrive via MRW services within 2-5 working days after confirming the order of the items in stock. The shipping cost is €5.00.

Who will deliver my order?
Pó de Barro works with the company MRW to deliver your orders.


Can I cancel or correct my order?
We start processing your order immediately, so we cannot change it after confirmation. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.

It is possible that you will be able to cancel or correct the order within the grace period, however, please note that after the order is confirmed this period is very short.

Log in to My Account and view your orders online in My Purchases. If you see the “Cancel order” button, you can select this option to cancel the order. If you don’t see the button, it’s too late to cancel the order as it has already started processing. If necessary, you can get more information about the return options here.
