Sometimes couriers' tracking information may be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Support team at online@podebarro.pt with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further.

Final price is inclusive of tax and duties, however not all currencies have tax and duties included. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package.
